Use of this system is voluntary. You are under no obligation to provide Personal Data to AECOM. However, if you do not provide the information, AECOM may not be able to provide the requested service to you.

  1. Personal data that will be collected from you:

    Login Id, Email Address, Display Name (could be actual name), Avatar Icon (optional), Primary Office Location, Typical Journey Starting Location, Travel preferences, Details of completed training/checks, Details of travel equipment (e.g. Scooters), Equipment booking details, Selected Journey details

  2. The purpose for collecting your personal data

    AECOM is collecting your data for purposes of providing a travel planning solution, mymobilityhub.com. The System provides the users:

    • A means to plan travel with all options (public and private) and modes brought into one simple to use application accessible across all devices
    • A central booking system for booking eCars and eBikes and ensuring they are used efficiently.
    • A way to track their personal travel habits and reduce their environmental impact.
  3. Access to your personal data

    The minimum necessary information will be made available to the following entity/teams:

    • Other users – For the leader board
    • Location Managers – for managing bookings/equipment.
    • System Administrators – for the managing the system.
  4. IV. Sharing with Third Parties

    AECOM may share minimum necessary information with authorized entities, to include: mapping/journey planning providers and providers of journey or travel equipment bookings systems.

  5. Metric Reporting

    Anonymized data will be used for measuring AECOMs carbon performance and optimising corporate travel.

  6. Your Rights

    Where permitted or required by applicable law, AECOM extends certain data privacy rights to you.

    1. The right to request access. You have the right to request AECOM for copies of your Personal Data.
    2. The right to request rectification. AECOM relies on you to ensure the information you provide to AECOM about you is accurate, complete and current. If any Personal Data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may log in to the system and update your profile at any time. You may also request to correct, amend, or delete Personal Data that has been processed in violation of applicable data protection law by submitting a request to: matthew.pilgrim@aecom.com.
    3. The right to request erasure. You have the right to request AECOM delete your Personal Data by submitting a request to: matthew.pilgrim@aecom.com.
    4. The right to withdraw consent. Where you have provided written consent (or positive opt-in) to the collection, processing, or transfer of Personal Data, you may have the legal right to withdraw consent by submitting a request to: matthew.pilgrim@aecom.com. Where we have processed your Personal Data with written consent (or positive opt-in), you can withdraw that consent at any time. Note - withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to withdrawal nor will it affect the processing of the Personal Data conducted in reliance on a lawful basis other than consent.
    5. The right to request portability. You have the right to request AECOM transfer your Personal Data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
    6. The right to restrict processing. You have the right to request that AECOM restrict the processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions.
    7. The right to opt-out of email marketing. You can opt-out of email marketing communications at any time by selecting the email’s “Opt-out” or “Unsubscribe” link, or following the instructions included in each email subscription communication.
    8. hThe right to file a complaint. If you consider that your privacy rights have not been adequately addressed, you have the right to submit a complaint to the AECOM Privacy Office (privacyquestions@aecom.com) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
  7. Security and Confidentiality

    AECOM takes seriously the privacy of your Personal Data. Your data collected in this system, will be stored securely, treated according to AECOM’s Global Privacy Notice and applicable privacy laws, and will be deleted from storage in adherence with AECOM data retention policy. You may submit a request to matthew.pilgrim@aecom.com to close delete your account at any time.
